ISTD called on citizens to download Fawateery application on their smartphones using the word “فواتيري” in Arabic or "Fawateery" in English from the Google play store or the Apple App Store. After downloading the application, the user enters the national number and date of birth to complete registration on the application to then be able to take aperture of any invoice for goods and services and upload it to the application.

ISTD indicated that when the application was designed there was no  need to enters a password or  a user name to make easy for everyone to download it and also does not require any restrictions  or  information and symbols as it is at similar applications except of entering the national number and the date of birth only.

The department indicated that they assigned a special team to monitor the performance the work of the application and registrants, to help and solve any problem that users face in dealing with it.

The prizes and incentive that will be given , ISTD clarified that they will include an in-kind prize that starts with Kia Sportage 2023, and a material prize that starts with 25,000 dinars , in addition to many prizes that present financial amounts , assets and appliances.

He explained that the "Fawateery" application was launched to encourage citizens and resident to request invoices for any purchase of a good or for receiving a service ,this also contributes to encouraging of the e-invoicing system.
