The Director General of the Income and Sales Tax Department, Dr. Hussam Abu Ali, decided to extend the postponement of the income tax payment upon import (2%) electronically to the taxpayers who had previously obtained approvals for the postponement and their deferment was active until 4/30/2021, so that the period of postponing the payment of income tax upon import becomes until the end of a month Next June.

Also, this extension of this postponement was activated on the database at the Jordanian Customs Department in order to make it easier for the taxpayers from the trouble of reviewing the directorates of the department to preserve their health and safety.
