Dr. Hussam Abu Ali, Director General of the ISTD made an inspection tour  of the awareness and education team which formed by the department with the aim to spreading the culture of the invoice request and urging the citizens to download  the application "fawateery" which was launched by the department with the aim of enhancing  of the invoice request, during this tour  he  participates the team in guiding and educating  citizens about the importance of obtaining invoice and  download  the application "fawateery".

These formed teams educate and guide citizens who go to the various shopping center in the capital Amman and aboard of importance of obtaining invoice and  do not hesitate to request the invoice from the authorities obligated to issue it, whether merchants , service providers, professionals and craftsmen and these team help the citizens to download  the application "fawateery" on their mobile phones.

The application can be downloaded to phones using the word  “فواتيري” in Arabic or "Fawateery" in English from the Google play store or the Apple App Store, After downloading the application then uploading the invoices related to goods or services by take aperture of any invoice  from phone's camera directly or downloading them to the  application from telephone studio, provides that  these invoices are clear and complete terms and their value is not less than the dinar.

Also allowed to the users application to report any cases of non-compliance with issuing the invoice from authorities obligated to issue it upon request through the option available to them on the application.

The prizes and incentive that will be given , ISTD clarified that they will include an in-kind prize that starts with Kia Sportage 2023, and a material prize that starts with 25,000 dinars , in addition to many prizes that present financial amounts , assets and appliances such as phones, electrical and electronic devices and others, or the value of the submitted  invoice  or a percentage of its value or the value of tax paid on this invoice or a percentage from it,  or subscription to various services for a specified period which will be announced on the department websites.

The Director General was accompanied on this tour by a number of assistants and managers who participated in the awareness, guidance and direction process.
