ISTD : 200 awards will be withdrawn from fawateery application

ISTD announced that it will distribute a bought 200 different  awards  according to the  principle and controls of incentives and awards on the invoices in the  Jordanian tax system  which approved of the Council of  Minister for the invoices which will be drawn from the invoices uploaded of  the fawateery application.

The department clarified that the first an in-kind prize that starts with Kia Sportage 2023, and a material prize that starts with 25,000 dinars , in addition to many an in-kind awards that include Huawei smartphone, TV screen, Daewoo 20- liter microwaves, HB multi use computer printer, Sharp capacity of 7 kilos, petrol coupons, gold pounds, and subscription to services for a specified period.

The department clarified that the application is not limited to downloading invoices of goods, but rather downloading invoices of all kinds available to them, including bills for services that they receive in return for an allowance, such as medical services, educational and legal services, consultations and other services for which an allowance is paid.

The application is downloaded on their smartphones using the word “فواتيري” in Arabic or "Fawateery" in English from the Google play store or the Apple App Store. After downloading the application, then uploading the invoices related to goods and services by photographing them from the phone's camera directly or uploading them on the application from telephone studio, provided that’s the invoice are clear  and complete terms and their value is not less than dinar.

The department called on the taxpayers who are obligated to issue the invoice to give the invoice to those who request it for purchasing any paid commodity or instead of obtaining any paid service.

Dr. Hussam Abu Ali, Director General of the ISTD, chaired a meeting in the department of e - invoicing committees, which was attended by the Assistant Director-General and a number of directors and consultants, during which the number and quality of wards , e- invoicing audit procedures and withdrawal procedures were determined.
