ISTD organized a blood donation campaign at the Jordanian Tax Institute in the General Administration building, in cooperation with the Blood Bank at Al-Bashir Hospital, with the participation of (101) employees. The total number of units donated was (81) units of different blood types and the campaign lasted for one day.

This campaign aims to enhance the role of the Department and its employees towards the country and the local community, and in line with the social responsibility of the Department and its employees to extend a helping hand and assistance to patients and inmates in hospitals and medical centers.

This campaign, which is carried out by the department annually, comes to establish a culture of voluntary donation to provide blood for those in need and to spread the culture of giving and giving among members of society, as such campaigns by donating blood contribute to saving the lives of patients and injured people.

The assistants director general and a number of the main department directors and a group of male and female employees of the department at their various levels participated in this campaign.
