The ISTD confirmed that the non-Jordanians in the Gaza Strip, children of Jordanian women and residents of the Kingdom can download my invoices application on their mobile phones, similar to Jordanians, by entering the serial number granted to them and the date of birth.

The department said that the application is not limited to downloading invoices of goods, but rather allows its users to download invoices of all kinds, including utility invoices that they receive in exchange for services provided to them in exchange for a fee, including medical services, educational and legal services, consultations and other services for which an allowance is paid.

ISTD indicated that the application allows all users to participate in obtaining the prizes provided by the department in the event that information related to cases of refraining from giving invoices to them is provided through the field designated for this purpose on the application.

The department said that downloading the application on phones using the word “My Invoices” or Fawateery by entering the Google play store or the App Store and then carrying the bills related to goods or services by photographing them with the phone’s camera directly or uploading them to the application from a studio Phone, provided that these invoices are clear and complete terms, and their value is not less than a dinar.

ISTD added, "It is also possible for them, through the application, to report any cases of non-compliance with issuing the payment receipt from the obligated authorities to issue it upon request through the option available to them on the application."
