The department calls for not authorizing officially prohibited persons from reviewing it

15/09/2021

The department called on the taxpayers not to deal with the delegates and the persons prohibited from reviewing it in any transaction or case of income tax or sales.

The department explained that it asked the taxpayers not to authorize them to review the department on their behalf throughout the prohibition period stipulated in the prohibition letter, and to cancel their authorization for the duration of the prohibition period.

And it indicated that the instructions of the Income Tax Law allow the minister, upon the recommendation of the formed committee, to prevent any natural person from reviewing the department in any case or work other than his personal case if it is proven that during his reviews and his dealings with the department he committed something that would disrupt the workflow in accordance with the rules or circumvent the law, and the Minister may decide that the department will not accept the accounts prepared or audited by that person if he is an accountant or a certified accountant for a period not exceeding three years.
