ISTD said that be able for any person in case of refusal to issue an invoice to him when purchasing a commodity or obtaining a service in exchange for a fee, he can report such cases of non-compliance with issue the invoice, provided that it is from entities obligated to issue it, indicated that this option has been provided on the "fawateery"  application to provide information in the event of a  refusal to issue an invoice.

The department added that will not be used the invoice that are photocopied, information and data they carry, for any purposes related to the people who sent them, indicated that it will be dealt with it only for the purposes of presenting and awarding prizes and incentive offered by the department and each invoice will be given a "number" that qualifies it to enter the prize draw process. The more invoice a person send, the greater his chance of winning.

  The department confirmed that the aim from launching the "fawateery" application is to spread culture requesting the invoice and motivate citizen to obtain it, and to urge those who are obligated taxpayers  to issue the invoice not be hesitate to issue it for any payer and service recipient, in addition to emphasizing the importance  of the invoice to the  buyers and service recipient and achieving tax justice.

ISTD pointed that the application is available to download from all citizens and residents, whether they are taxable or not who do not have taxable income, and the application is available for all ages and categories.

The department indicated that the first in-kind prize will be a Kia Sportage model 2023, and the first material prize will be worth 25,000 dinars. Several other prizes representing financial values, assets and devices such as smart phones, TV screens, electronic and electrical devices, gold ounces and subscription to various services for a specified period will be presented, or the prize is valuable. The invoice submitted by the person or a percentage of its value or the value of the tax paid on this invoice or a percentage of it, knowing that all these awards are submitted through the ISTD and will be announced every 3 months.

The department called for downloading the "fawateery"  application on phones, noting that the application is available on the Google play and the app store and anyone can download the application through the following two links : Google Play: https://bit.ly/3JF3FP9 and App Store: https://apple.co3p21Hii  after that the user enters the national number and date of birth to complete his registration on the application, and then he will be able to copy and upload any invoice for goods and services.
